Purpose:
CMS1-6500/75 coal mine deep hole driller is a new generation of tracked drilling equipment with the function of water exploration, gas detection, fault detection, roof caving, water injection, etc., which is mainly used to carry out dense-shaped drilling in soft rock or coal seam required by outburst prevention measures in the heading face. It also applies to other occasions. The equipment has the characteristics of compact structure, flexible operation, good maneuverability, full-section operation, good safety, multiple use of one machine and so on. In addition to the completion of water exploration and gas detection, it can also drill into complex strata. Other drilling tools, such as common reamer bits, can be used for rotary drilling.
Advantages:
1.The fan-shaped drilling area is too restrictive,and the roof and ground of some roadway corners cannot be drilled. The machine adopts new rotational institutions which can drill and punch in all directions in the working area without dead angle.
2.Work safety, can significantly reduce the physical labor intensity of workers. Suitable for the construction of flat and oblique roadway with various sections.

5.The hydraulic system is equipped with quick propulsion function, can save loading and unloading drill pipe time more than 2 times. and it is equipped with the parts which can load and unload drill pipes to reduce the labor intensity of the operator.
6.The variable system is adopted, the no-load speed is fast, and the speed reduced and the torque gradually increase with the change of load, which makes the drilling more reasonable.
